Job Title:         IT Recruiter - US Staffing, Night Shift
Location:         Gurgaon, India 
 
Job Description
  • Handling full IT recruitment process for Direct Clients in the US
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
  • Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
  • Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, planning & coordinating logistics &conducting interview, reference checks and salary negotiation.
  • Evaluation of the candidate for the requirements on the basis of skills, functionality, domain, IT experience and qualifications.
  • Responsible for first round of screening to check communication skills, reason for change etc.
  • Build and sustain the network of potential candidates.
  • Good Negotiation and Closure skills.
 
Skills Required
  • 2 - 4 years exp in US recruitment.
  • Preferably should have experience of working with Direct Clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • US recruitment background is must.
  • Good interpersonal and team coordination skills. Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Well versed with various tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
  • Thorough understanding of various IT terminologies.
  • Experience working in MSP/VMS Model-Big Plus.
