Position Description: Please note this assignment is with the Banking and Insurance Department in Trenton. All candidates must hold a 4 year college degree. If you candidate is selected please note you will need to prove they have the degree. *Selected candidate must be professional and able to work with all levels of management* Insurance background a must Duties include: -Responsible for composing and sending weekly reports -Updating and maintaining company insurance manuals -Various high level projects as requested -Must be able to work quickly and efficiently -Will be assisting with all levels of management on various assignments

Skills Required : Highly proficient with MS Office Good communications skills needed Able to work well with all levels of management Ability to prioritize workload Must be professional Polished and excellent communication is a must

Experience Required: At least 3 years of recent high level administrative experience required in a fast-paced setting. Must be recent Must have experience in insurance Co.
