Position Description: Client will conduct their own background check. Please make candidates aware they will have to be fingerprinted at client site prior to starting. Secretary needed to assist Office of Professional and Government Services, with its daily administrative needs. -Handling correspondence and mailings -Composing routine correspondence, memoranda, agendas, minutes and reports of confidential nature -Scheduling meetings, appointments and limited travel arrangements -Preparing and maintaining files, inputting, modifying and updating records in database applications -Screening telephone calls and/or visitors and responding to inquiries from the public -Establishing and maintaining a filing system -Requisitioning materials, supplies and equipment -Creating and maintaining charts and spreadsheets

Skills Required : Proficient with MS Office Quick learner Works well with others Good communication skills a must
