  • The Speech and Hearing Clinic Secretary serves as the first point of contact for students, staff, faculty and the public who utilize the services of the clinic. S/he performs a myriad of administrative support functions, i.e. phones, filing, correspondence, spreadsheets, email that support the efficient and effective delivery of services to internal and external customers.
  • This position works with patient information and maintains a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism in the executions of assigned responsibilities.
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook., version 2016 preferred. Excellent communication skills.
  • 2 + years' experience working in an office. College environment preferred.
