 Role Description
•           Day to day ticket resolution for the functional process related issues by closely working with CLIENT'S Business Partner and users
•           Working with other third party functional teams for clarifications / joint issue closure, as needed
•           Provide input to technical team for specific functional and testing support(if any)
•           Key user training on new enhancements & providing functional inputs to customizations and Interfaces
•           Provide Business process Enhancements
•           Support CLIENT'S business users in performing UAT testing
•           Prepare necessary deployment scripts for deployment of the bug fixed issue
•           Troubleshooting and fixing technical defects and issues  pertaining to the AOS
•           Managing AX Server Configurations and AOS Settings
•           Identifying and fixing any type of Processor bottlenecks for Dynamics AX Batch Processing and optimization of the Batch performance
•           Troubleshoot and fix any Integration related issues limited to AX's capabilities
•           Creation and Scheduling of Dynamics Batch groups as per the business requirement
•           To fix Index Maintenance issues
•           To fix Heavy Application database Logging issue
