Position Description The Administration Technician will support the Boulder County ERP (SWIFT) implementation team with these 5 core job functions utilizing the 12 examples of duties. • ERP Mailbox administration • ERP Scheduling e.g. workshops • Sharepoint - monitoring for completeness of uploads and communications. • New hire onboarding for ERP consultants working onsite. • Maintain ERP mail lists
Skills Required 1. Assists staff in person, via email and on the phone by answering questions and providing information that requires some interpretation of procedures. 2. Develops and maintains efficient filing systems 3. Schedules appointments, arranges meetings and maintains calendars 4. Maintains, reviews and verifies routine or specialized reports and records on SharePoint site. 5. Gathers, organizes and compiles data for routine reports 6. Takes and transcribes or composes minutes, notes 7. Maintains, sorts and routes email for ERP work groups. 8. Prepares for and organizes meetings and workshops. 9. Operates office equipment such as personal computer, calculator, photocopier, and other related equipment 10. Uses computer software to type and edit correspondence, reports, memos, forms and other items requiring some original composition 11. Performs assignments using specialized computer applications 12. Performs related work, as required

Experience Required At least two years of office experience - Microsoft Office Suite
