Program Compliance Supervisor

*Operational practices after a period of training.

*Ability to supervise staff
*Ability to prepare policy statements, operating procedures, analyses, formal reports, grants, and proposals.
*Ability to plan, initiate, and coordinate projects/programs within organization.
*Ability to analyze, interpret, and apply pertinent state/federal laws, follow department rules, regulations, and established procedures, and apply them to specific problems or tasks.
*Ability to work cooperatively with associates, subordinates, staff of other units, departments, and branches and levels of government as well as with the public.
*Ability to assign, instruct, and supervise staff.

Education:
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's Degree

Experience: Five (5) years of experience in a business, or government agency with responsibility for personnel, or Program Management, fiscal affairs. Coordinates work involved in development of operational budgets, performance measures, unit goals, and program activities for the operational units. Knowledge of supervisory techniques. Knowledge of policy and program development and evaluation.
