 As Client partner, the individual will lead client engagements in data strategy consulting and business performance management, growing a portfolio of Client and retail clients with P&L responsibilities of $5-6 million.
  • Expertise in data strategy, technology consulting and business analytics with Client & Retail clients.
  • Functional expertise in areas of commercial, finance, supply chain and sales & operational planning domains; any experience performance management and digital transformation would be valued.
  • Experience with creating value added, scaled applications with enterprise platform such as AZURE.  
  • Expected to lead a team of 3-4 principal consultants/ engagement managers that will work with an extended global delivery organization.
  • Be willing to travel weekly to client locations; occasional international travel. 
The individual will be expected to provide thought leadership in client's business planning sessions, work with experts comprising big data architects, AIML and advanced analytics modellers to innovate solutions and serve as a passionate advocate for the client in advancing solutions that will best deliver on the client's business needs. Success will be measured in creating measurable business value for the client while maximizing the revenue potential for the firm.
Account Management/Client Focus
  • Add strategic value to the relationship and grow from initial opportunities to multi-year relationships.
  • Own senior level client relationships and skillfully navigate issues and roadblocks that come with managing a large, complex client relationship.
  • Responsible for client retention by proactively identifying client risks or opportunities and effectively responding to client needs.
  • Successfully manage multiple deliverables or projects for multiple clients, track and organize talent and resources towards multiple work streams across multiple clients, and manage time and resources against changing priorities.
Domain Skills                 
  • Strong industry domain; key business/ industry drivers and trends, technology trends and applications in the industry and the marketplace dynamics.
  • Expertise in technology and business consulting in the areas of sales & operational planning, demonstrated ability to provide transformative solutions in terms of business processes, operating models and business outcomes.
  • Approach client with coherent, actionable and fact-based data/recommendations appropriate to their business needs
  • Continually provide transformative solutions and business performance improvement and create value for clients, guide and working closely with global team of experts.
  • Groom and grow team of consultants.

Desired Experience and tenure
  • 12+ progressive years of experience in technology consulting  and performance management.
  • An advanced degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Azure. Should have contracted or ported solutions for scale up on Azure; good understanding of the Azure ecosystem
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication and interpersonal skills: the ability to manage and mentor functional experts and lead cross- functional teams
  • Experience in, and knowledge of Client, Retail, eCommerce
  • Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications
  • Proven ability to consult with clients to influence thinking and drive company's business agenda.
  • Must be willing to travel frequently to client locations in the US
