Successful candidate should have 8 to 12 years of experience in diverse facets of Dot NET development, encompassing analysis, design, development, and execution of business applications. Responsible to proactively lead and manage complex projects by setting strategic direction for team. The ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment, a passion for exceeding user's expectations and managing development team in onsite-offshore model are key qualities to be successful in this role.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Experience in managing application development team in Dot Net and Java technologies
  • Responsible for leading development team, communicating effectively with client stakeholders and internal stakeholders for timely delivery with quality outcome.
  • Hands on development manager experience to provide direction to team effectively and manage business requirements and scope on a technical level and coordinate between cross-functional teams to ensure product adherence to business requirements and architectural direction.
  • Ability to perform analysis, design, programming and configuration functions with a very high degree of accuracy
  • Participate in architectural meetings and analyze all technical requirements
  • Perform analysis, assessment and resolution for defects and incidents of intermediate complexity and escalate appropriately
  • Ensure schedule adherence for release requests and notify stakeholders in case of deviations
  • Conduct regular meetings with the project teams and address their issues / concerns
  • Act as liaising between project teams across locations - Onsite and Offshore


Candidate Profile:
  • 8-12 years of experience in app development and managing app development team
  • BS or Bachelor of Engineering
  • Extensive hands on programming experience using ASP.NET 2.0, VB.NET, HTML, XML and Java script
  • Having extensive experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Strong Healthcare experience (Medicare Star rating experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills with strong background working directly with coworkers and clientele to identify business objectives and establish requirements
