Position Description Create requisitions for purchase orders, maintain blanket purchase order spreadsheet, process invoices and receipts, answer phones, direct maintenance requests to proper managers, and maintain project information forms. Pay Range $22/hr to $24/hr DOE. 2 - 4 months Through the month of July - 7am to 5:30pm. Starting in August - 7am to 3:30pm. (Start time negotiable) 1833 West Southern Ave. Mesa, Arizona. Building 48.
Skills Required Skills Required Skilled at using a computer, typing, and using the number pad. Good communication skills for answering phones. Knowledge of computer financial requisitions and invoicing.
Skills Preferred Skills Preferred Proficient at using a computer; typing; using a number pad. Courteous phone/communication skills. Strong knowledge of computer financial requisitions and invoicing.
Experience Required Experience required Experienced at using MicroSoft Office Suite or similar system. Experience in computer financial systems, maintaining accounts, and processing invoices. Experience answering phones and directing requests. Two years experience working in an administrative support position.
Experience Preferred Experience preferred Proficient as using MicroSoft Office Suite or similar system. Experienced at using MCCD's FMS computer financial system. Experienced at working with accounts payable procedures. Experience in administrative support at an Educational Institute.
Education Required Education required High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Education Preferred AA degree
