Position Description **This is only a two and half month assignment** * Clerical duties (typing, filing, phones, scanning) * Basic data entry * Index files in preparation for storage * Research insurance carriers * Assist with insurance policy renewals * Customer service to employees and residents * Assist with handling legal correspondence, litigation paperwork, claims, summons and complaints, * Workers comp and auto liability claims documents * Process confidentiality statements to the State of Florida on workers comp claims * Handle subpoenas, requests to produce, statements of admissions * Type prepared responses to interrogatories
