 Position Description :
Responsible for oversite of all the Blue Acres Projects currently under contract and tasks included for up and coming projects.
•Responsible for having full intimate knowledge of each active Demo Project including projects waiting for approval.
•Responsible to ensure each active Demo Project is on schedule and meets its end date to prevent loss of funding as regulated by FEMA and HUD requirements.
•Responsible for and in addition to what the PMs do, review all submittals to make sure all are in compliance with plans and specs for that particular Demo Project along with ensuring a seamless process with DPMC BA administrative functions.
•Responsible for assisting the review of all contractor invoices and work with DEP Fiscal to ensure all invoices, change orders and amendments are properly allocated to each funding source.
•Responsible for completion and administrating of Contractor and Consultant Evaluations for each project at 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% completions.
•Responsible for performing any and all duties required by PM's in their absence.
•Responsible for assisting the Program Director with contract compliance issues along with ensuring program meets compliance with division policies, procedures, statutes and administrative codes for DPMC.
•Responsible for assisting the Program Director with coordinating all activities for each project in every town with the town's designated Blue Acres contact.
•Responsible for meeting with all township Business Administrators to coordinate and update all existing and upcoming demolitions including but not limited to, all utilities, community resident issues and property line disputes, etc.
•Responsible for attending all Plan & Spec review meetings with each AE firm as it pertains to each project and insure all state regulations and term contract requirements are met as it relates to each town, geographical location and existing field conditions.
•Responsible for attending all Pre-bid, Post-bid and Pre-construction meetings for all projects.
•Responsible for assisting the Program Director with coordinating all activities in the field with the Programs 6 AE Firms as needed.
•Responsible for assisting the Program Director with coordinating all activities in the field with other State Agencies,
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience directly managing site professionals and contractors.

Transportation requirement:
Required to have transportation to travel to project sites. This shall include proper auto insurance for a business use vehicle. Mileage and tolls to be reimbursed. Verification of a valid driver's license from your state of residence and possession of an acceptable driving record is required.
