Position Description Provides records processing activities and administrative office support related to organizing, processing, maintaining, and retrieval of records. Special Notes (if applicable): Office hours are: Spring hours - Monday – Thursday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Working Conditions: Work is routinely performed in an indoor, office environment
Skills Required Essential Functions: • Prepares records and documents for duplication and/or storage; reviews document order for proper sequencing and completeness • Utilizes imaging equipment; prepares documents and makes copies; and prepares, scans and saves electronic document images using appropriate file formats • Sorts and collates documents; verifies digital information and files; prepares, organizes and files finished documents and/or saves digital files in system for storage and retrieval • Retrieves information and enters or updates information in reports, logs or other documentation or record-keeping system • Responds to routine requests related to records retrieval, processing, imaging and storage • Receives, organizes and distributes information and records • Reviews and follows records retention guidelines and requirements • Adheres to applicable policies and procedures • Keeps assigned equipment in clean and safe working condition • Provides administrative office and records processing support related to special projects • Performs other duties as assigned • Administrative office support practices • Basic filing and record-keeping principles • Basic mathematical concepts • Basic equipment maintenance practices • Uses and properties of supplies and equipment • Customer service principles • Modern office technology

Experience Required • Associate degree or High School Diploma / GED with one year of records processing, administrative office support or related experience.

Additional Information Please note that early morning, evening and/or weekend hours may be required. Position requires: stooping, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects including the human body.
