Position Description -Prepare court list and pull files accordingly for assigned DAG. -Distribute prepared court list to Investigative staff. -Return files to the filing system as they are returned by assigned DAG and Claims Investigator -file mail -Archive files -Process Independent Medical Evaluation reports and Invoices -save report to shared drive - print and file report - note conclusion in RMIS - process corresponding invoice -Provide phone coverage for Customer Service and Administrative Units. -Pull files needed for preparation of Claim Petitions.
Skills Required Ability to walk, stand, sit for prolonged periods and able to lift over 10 lbs. Ability to work with a computer and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
Skills Preferred
Experience Required At least 2 years of related office work experience required. Must be recent Knowledge of computer and basic computer programs (WORD, EXCEL, etc.)
