Job Responsibilities
1. Identifying, writing and managing business requirements.
2. Contributing to the functional and technical design, prototyping, and process design stages of implementations (including scenario design, flow mapping).
3 Supporting configurations, customization, reports and interfaces, testing and user training.

Education Qualification:
1. Masters in Finance. Supply Chain Management or Operation Management
2. Certification in Supply Chain Management or Order Management Solution Implementation
3. Prior experience of working in Semiconductor companies/ domain is a definite plus
Experience
1. Functional professional with 2+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management – Order Management/ Distribution implementations (Oracle R12).
2. A minimum of 6 years of experience implementing some combination of Oracle EBS SCM - OM & Distribution modules in Release 12: Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Record-to-Report (RTR), Inventory, Purchasing, Shipping, Global Order Promising (GOP), Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Advanced Pricing, iSupplier, iProcurement, Costing or Configurator
3. A senior team member, team lead or Project Manager on at least 1 full cycle implementation
4. Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
5. Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
