Position Description Proficient Access Operator - Very important project with for the DIMS Department Candidate must be proficient with Access the project will require working with forms and mapping Historical document - scanning the information. Intake / Outtake record keeping The clerical staff will be responsible for logging CDBG-DR projects for DIMS. Access database tracking system used to track projects received for review by the SHPO. The clerical staff person shall perform all necessary processing of HPO staffing requirements, comments/responses to those submissions, which could include either sending out those responses via U.S. Mail, via e-mail, and/or through other electronic processing functions. The clerical staff person shall assist in the creation and maintenance of files, whether electronic or paper, for CDBG-DR projects, in accordance with HPO policies and procedures. The clerical staff person must be proficient in Microsoft’s Access database and have familiarity with using software such as Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat. The clerical must also be able to use a personal computer and scanner.

Additional Information Building is near the train station, public transportation or parking garages This candidate must be willing to be at work everyday. They are very busy and can't cope with an employee who calls out all the time.
