Position Description Performs highly responsible administrative assignments involving a wide variety of independently performed tasks. This particular project is to update a database of downtown Scottsdale businesses and associations in the Customer Relations Management System to extract lists to be used for mail notifications to enhance communications with downtown businesses and associations. Time permitting, will also assist staff's workload with refill supplies for water, paper in copiers, welcome/green guests to Design Studio, answer phones, filing, and other administrative/secretarial work.
Skills Required Must possess ability to compile information in Microsoft Excel by exporting and importing information. Proper business English, grammar, spelling and basic arithmetic. Modern office practices, procedures and equipment. Rules of formatting reports, charts and correspondence, Microsoft Office products and other relevant technologies.
Skills Preferred Customer Relations Management System (CRMS) experience is preferred.
Experience Required Experience equivalent to five (5) years of progressively responsible administrative/secretarial experience, including word processing.
