Position Description This assignment is in the Fleet Services Section which manages FCPD's vehicle fleet. This person will help manage the existing business processes. This person will be working closely with different areas of staff. -Basic inventory management of vehicle fleet using MS Access software -Inventory management of EZ Pass/SmartTag transponders -Invoice/billing review -Generate reports -Remove and/or install equipment in police vehicles -Multitask and prioritize when assigned several duties/tasks to perform -Schedules appointments, send notices and other communications to others as needed -All other duties as requested
Skills Required Proficient with computer systems such as MS Office and QuickBooks Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management Able to prioritize and remain organized Ability to work with limited supervision when needed
Skills Preferred
Experience Required 2 to 4 years of Office experience in a fast-paced environment Previous experience with invoices and generating reports
Experience Preferred
Education Required H.S. minimum
Education Preferred Associate's / Bachelor's degree
