Position Description Program Support Specialist - To assist in daily customer service and generalist duties in the Department of Public Safety and Police. Some responsibilities include answering telephones; filing and processing correspondences; handling Parking Service inquiries and issues parking tags; utilizing Department databases and record keeping; and does related work as required. This position requires knowledge of Microsoft Office applications as well as having excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience in Public Safety and systems such as Enfrosys, The Beast, and Ticketrak is a plus!
