Position Description Administrative Assistant who has an interest in growing in the Human Resources field. Must know Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. – Intermediate Level Good writing and communication skills. Must be very professional. Daily work: Scheduling Outlook appointments, lots of filing, data entry, drafting memos and email communication, follow up on open items. Assist department staff with daily administrative tasks to include but not limited to mailing letters, filing, archiving, etc. The candidate must be able to multi task / do large volumes of filing as needed. Change gears if needed
Skills Required Creating files Customer Service Excel / Word / Outlook Outstanding organization skills Great work ethic Ability to come to work on time and everyday

Experience Required two years in a HR department working on like kind work
