Position Description **Looking for an associate to join our small team and provide data cleanup of our customer resource management (CRM) database, general office assistance, constituent contacts and letter writing as needed. ** • Review CRM database and merge duplicate entries • Compile a district wide HOA contact list • Assist with constituent services as needed • Other miscellaneous office tasks as assigned by supervisor • Manipulates data and text, and format documents. • Processes technical reports (i.e. legal). • Manipulates computer databases to store, retrieve, compile, or analyze data information using commercial software to support office program requirements. • May receive and direct phone calls and handle mail and light correspondence.
Skills Required · Strong attention to detail is key for this position · Excellent data entry and analytical skills · Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills · Must be able to work independently and within a small team · Must be able to work quickly while maintaining quality standards · Ability to multitask and able to maintain focus in a fast-paced, political, constituent oriented environment · Ability to maintain confidential information · Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), especially Excel · Previous office experience (e.g., typing, filing, answering telephones) is required. · Previous customer service experience is required.
