Position Description The primary function of this position is to perform business and systems analysis; identify, design and develop business and technical specifications and related documentation; identify areas of efficiencies and inefficiencies; and develop and present business process change recommendations for the department. The incumbent performs a wide variety of complex and highly responsible professional and administrative support functions involving analysis, data collection, coordination, monitoring, and research from which applications and solutions are developed. Creating and maintaining positive working relationships with department and city staff, through effective listening, communication, and consensus building skills are critical to this position.

Skills Preferred
Experience Required Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science or a related field and three (3) years' experience with automated financial systems, accounting, financial analysis, project management or closely related activity; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
