Job description
  • Support the analytics needs of a business unit by analyzing web traffic using clickstream tools beyond Omniture/Adobe Analytics,
  • Create, automate, visualize reports with the help of Adobe Analysis workspace and creating holistic dashboards by pulling data from different data sources and websites
  • Derive actionable consumer insights from trends observed data and reports for the business owners and stakeholders
  • With the help of JavaScript should be able to do tagging as well do troubleshooting of already implemeneted tags in the website
  • Collaborate with external partners to understand their business requirements and articulate those into measurable KPIs
  • Work closely with Senior Management, Category teams, UX, Design, Production etc to scope out tests, document requirements, create hypotheses, develop variations to test, build tests and thoroughly QA them.
  • Analyzing online user behavior, conversion data and the customer journeys
  • Lead driving core insights from the data to suggest, create and execute steps that drive fundamental improvements to the site experience
  • Person should be able to work in self-driven mode as far as analytics is concerned, should be able to find new areas for analysis and insights
  • He will focus on multiple business unit websites and support all facets of the decision making platform (clickstream analysis, outcomes analysis, search analysis, multivariate testing analysis)
  • Recognizing and observing emerging trends, opportunities and threats from changes in Search, Social and the wider Analytics landscape
  • Strong analytical skills to investigate and understand the opportunities of where A/B testing may be required and analyses the success of tests that have been running

Desired Skills
  • Must have DTM/Tealium/Insighten, Report Builder, Processing rules, VISTA rules, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Workspace Analytsis, hands on exp in Impelementation & Validation process.
  • Hands on exp to create BRD, SDR, Tehcspecs.
  • Must have hands on experience with at least one major Web Analytics package, ideally Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, CoreMetrics or Webtrends
  • Must have JavaScript tagging experience in coding through DTM and troubleshooting, along with experience in its reporting console and admin console
  • Reporting, Visualization and automation through Adobe Analysis Workspace
  • Eye-for-detail and ability to derive actionable consumer insights from data and reports
  • Report automation skills using SiteCatalyst / Excel formulas and macros , reportbuilder
  • Experience of working with a marketing team on campaign planning, campaign analytics or business analytics
  • Must have Experience and knowledge spanning website, media and marketing
  • Experience in conducting A/B tests.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce customer journeys.
  • Experience in liaising with differing stakeholders/clients.
  • Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions
  • Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Education and experience
  • Graduate/ Post-graduate Computer Science/Engineering from a reputed university
  • 3-5 years of experience in web analytics – with hands on experience on tools such as Adobe Analytics, Omniture, Sitecatalyst, Google Analytics etc.
