Experience developing marketing performance measurement using digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Google Analytics
Demonstrated ability with dashboard/ scorecard design and development including KPI
and reporting frame refinement
Ability to analyze and report interactive consumer metrics, translating information into actionable digital marketing recommendations
Experience with tag management solutions (Tealium, Ensighten, Google Tag Manager,
DTM etc.)
Working knowledge of JavaScript associated with digital analytics platforms
Experience with site testing and personalization tools a plus/ knowledge of HTML and
CSS languages preferred
Provide and implement site optimization recommendations based on historical/current data
Ensure campaign and marketing program elements are accurately aligned, tested and implemented (Sitecore requirements, tracking/analytics, etc.)
Be familiar with SEO/SEM best practices and online program management
Proficiency with eCommerce and/or content management systems highly preferred
Experience using REST and API data connectors

BA/BS degree in marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics or other quantitative disciplines.
Self-Starter who can work with minimal supervision
2-4 years of work experience in digital tagging/ implementation/ reporting
5-7 years of overall work experience in a related field
