Position Description The Lead Business Architect will work with multiple teams consisting of developers, subject matter experts and stakeholders to convert the business requirements, business process flow, use cases and the supporting integration documentation into a fully functional application that meets the user’s needs. The Business Architect will be responsible for mentoring and empowering the business SMEs. Meets with end users and technical staff of all types to gather and document business and system requirements. Proposes comprehensive solutions based on business and technical requirements. Develops and / or engineers user interface, service tier, data tier components, infrastructure or security for PRPC. Develops standards, repeatable processes, and reusable components. Assists in project planning, including developing of timelines, composition of technical teams and leveling of resources. Mentors business and technical team members on processes and standards to promote consistency and improve productivity. Assists in the development and review of technical deliverables on projects.
Skills Required -PEGA Smart BPM -PEGA PMF -PEGA Direct Capture of Objectives (Certification is a plus) -PEGA PRPC -Use Case Development -Converting business into process flow -PEGA certified Senior Business Architect

Additional Information One-hour unpaid lunch Fingerprinting, Full State & Federal Background Check to be completed by the State. PLEASE NOTE: The position will require travel 25% of the time. The majority of the training will take place in our building. However when the training is not in our facility, the contractor will travel in (not operate) a state car to travel. If sent alone to train, then the contractor will be required to use own vehicle with no travel reimbursement. (i.e. tolls, parking, mileage, etc.) Travel location will be within New Jersey but specific locations are not known at this time. PLEASE NOTE FROM ACRO: Prior to any interview with the state for this requisition the vendor will need to email ACRO an acknowledgement that the contractor understands this travel requirement for no reimbursement.
