Position Description:
  • The purpose of this position is to assist/support The ICC Coordinator in developing procedural documents for the Office of Preparedness and Response (OPR).
  • Procedural documents will improve the capabilities and operations of the primary and alternate Public Health Incident Command Center (PH-ICC).
  • Gather, consolidate, and incorporate verbal and written information into written procedural documents such as Quick Reference Guides, Standard Operating Procedures, Job Aids, Checklists, etc.
  • Develop, update, and maintain Smartbooks and checklists for varying PH-ICC positions.
  • Utilize E-Learning software Articulate Storyline to develop online training for various subjects

Skills Required:
  • Excellent writing, computing, and clerical skills; skill and knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Publisher, Powerpoint) and Adobe Pro.
  • Knowledge in procedural writing and formatting documents to contain table of contents, chapters, headings, and subheadings.
  • Ability to conceptualize and organize detailed information into easy to follow formats and useable tools.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision. Knowledge in developing online training using Articulate Storyline or similar E-Learning software is preferred but not required.

Experience Required:
