CLR- Admin Assistant - External Customer Relations - GOB II

This person will need to be able to process/analyze invoices, calculate taxes, process paperwork and enter into the grants portal for validation. Copy/Scanning and auditing will be required. Need to make sure the electronic filing system is followed. They will need to coordinate with the vendors, governmental agencies and internal Geisinger departments. General Background or knowledge of telecommunication would be helpful but not required. Well organized, good social skills, attention to detail. Can work independently, Proficient in English and grammar.
Required Skills: Typing, data entry, good telephone etiquette, Word, Excel, Email-Outlook and accounting experience.
