Description: A desktop support specialist will assist with desktop planning and deployment of new devices, Windows OS (version 7 & 10) and Win updates, Office 365, and other software and software updates. The skilled technician would provide support to lower level technicians, as well as end users, troubleshooting the more complex problems, documenting resolutions, and training team members when needed.
