Position Description: Completes a variety of office clerical and administrative support functions; interacts with the public; and performs related duties as assigned. 1. Attends to public in person and responds and receives and screens telephone calls, provides information and handles issues conducts research, responds to requests for information and complaints from the public. 2. Composes and routes correspondence, reports, contracts, and other documents, compiles data from a wide variety of sources; completes filling and participates in document control activities, researches and assembles information. maintain electronic and hard copy filing system and retrieves documents and handles requests for information and data. 3. Coordinates meetings and appointments; prepares meeting notes and prepares travel and training requests; compiles expense reports; generates and prepares invoice payments. 4. Tracking projects and generates reports; coordinates work orders for repairs and modifications maintains records and reports for tracking service requests; maintains inventory and orders office supplies; performs other duties as requested.

Experience Required: Two or more years of increasingly responsible office administrative or secretarial experience.

Education Required: High school graduation at the minimum
