Senior Analytics Consultant (Healthcare Analytics) 
 
Role Overview:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to plan and execute the projects successfully
  • Responsible for the overall engagement success
  • Interact with the business stakeholders and identify business opportunities
  • Participate in design of analysis and modeling approach with managers and modelers
  • Reformulate complex business problems into concise, understandable terms for presentation to the team and the client
 Responsibilities:
  • Development and execution of analytical and/or research activities to provide information and tools for strategic decision making and planning
  • Recommend new approaches and methods to improve the program performance and benchmarks
  • Quantitative analysis of the data from multiple sources using advance analytics
  • Data capture – identify and acquire key data elements required for the project from multiple data sources
  • Data Analysis – Analyze and interpret data using advanced data mining techniques for meaningful insights
  • Data Visualization – Design the visualization for the business stakeholders
 
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in economics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, operations research or related areas is preferred; candidates with BA/BS degrees from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply
  • 4-5 years of consulting, analytics delivery experience
  • Very strong analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to research and make decisions based on the day-to-day and complex customer problems required
  • Experience in delivering analytics/ consulting services to healthcare payers. Experience in Medicare is preferred
  • Strong record of achievement, solid analytical ability, and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to work
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
