Description: Scanning Project for Middlesex County - the candidates who are selected will have to provide their full social security number for a verification prior to the starting the role. Candidates must be aware of the job duties and okay with repetitive work This is a project so the pay rate has to be the same for all candidates - $17.00 Scanning project Admin Assistants will be responsible for the preparation, scanning, and indexing of Human Service case files using established computer systems, and protocols, to ensure scanning is done in a timely and accurate manner. Such clerk will be crucial to the quality control process, by ensuring that the digital images created are identical to the original paper document. Duties • Prepare cases for scanning using established Agency procedures • Scan and index using the Document Imaging Management System (DIMS) Please note this is a project and the candidate will be expected to work in a team environment. They need to know they are working as a team and can indeed be asked to change gears and do something else that the Supervisor needs done - Must be a flexible personality that works well with others at all times.
