Position Description: Provides first-level desktop user and technical support for equipment, systems, and telecommunications. Provide customer service, training and support to faculty, staff and students via phone, email and in person. Respond to service requests, troubleshoot and diagnose problems and assist with utilization of hardware, software and multimedia equipment. Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Windows 7/8.1/10, Mac OS systems, networked printers, and mobile devices. Troubleshoot and resolve computer and printer network connectivity issues. Push installation packages and operating system installations via Microsoft Systems Center Control Manager and Casper. Collaborate with others on a variety of technology support projects,. Provides Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 customer service and technical support for computer problems on a daily basis. Field questions and give basic instruction of technology tools, usually in a one-to-one environment. May deliver formal instruction using courses developed by others. Install/deliver and setup computer hardware, software and media equipment using pre-established standards. Maintain computer and media equipment, especially shared-use and public-site equipment. Cleans the equipment (replaces worn-out or missing parts), restores files, settings and software to pre-established standards. Maintains records and supplies associated with assignments, including requests for service and status updates. Collaborate with others on a variety of projects related to the basis assignments. Skills Required: Working knowledge of Imaging and software installation in an Enterprise environment Working knowledge of Apple/Mac imaging in an Enterprise environment Working Knowledge of Hardware troubleshooting/repair in an Enterprise environment

Skills Preferred: Use of SCCM Use of Deploy Studio and Jamf A+ Cert

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year experience Imaging computers in an Enterprise environment 2+ years of Hardware/software trouble shooting

Additional Information: "Position may require: climbing, crouching, crawling, lifting, pushing, pulling, fingering, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.
