Position Description: This individual will perform a variety of administrative support, office coordination and/or records processing activities in support of the Performing Arts Operations. 1833 W. Southern Avenue Building ST-28 Mesa, AZ 85202 Pay rate or range: $16.00

Skills Required: Responsible for reviewing information, forms and data to very accuracy, completeness and consistency Organizing and maintaining records and files Preparing and maintaining routine correspondence and reports Updating website for area Monitoring supply needs, obtaining purchase order information and initiating supply requests Monitoring status of orders or requests Proofreading and error correction Providing assistance with coordinating meetings or services related to the area Following directions and meeting standards Providing attention to detail in assignments Specialized equipment relevant to the area Reviewing contracts Providing Customer service Utilizing communication and interpersonal skills as applied to interactions with coworkers, supervisors, the general public and others to sufficiently exchange or convey information and to receive work direction.

Skills Preferred: Excellent written, oral communication skills Excellent Customer service Utilization of computer software such as word, adobe, Canvas, and room scheduling

Experience Required: Experience working in a fast past environment, handling multiple priorities, schedules and providing tours. Must be able to interact with customers in a variety of ways. Must have a valid driver's license

Education Preferred: Associates Degree and our business degree with extensive experience 5+ years of clerical, administrative office support to an Executive.

Additional Information: Many times will serve as point of contact in the absence of the Executive Director.
