Position Description: Office Coordinator to provide administrative and program support to the Disability Resource and Services (DRS) Department. This position will assist with coordinating and/or delivering student and instructional support services to a diverse population of students with disabilities. Provides support to DRS students; schedule appointments, provides assistance in the application process, facilitates and proctors tests, orders DRS services from vendors and schedules services to meet student needs within the classroom. Current hours through August 4th Monday -Thursday 7:30 am - 6:00 pm (half hour lunch); Beginning August 7th 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Friday Pay rate or range: $12.42-$15.60

Skills Required: Orders equipment and office supplies, facilitates "borrowing system" for students and maintains associated record-keeping, manages equipment inventory Works with assistive software, creates student accounts, and provides training and technical support to student users; and performs related duties as assigned. Two yeas experience providing administrative and/or clerical support Two years experience of customer service experience Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel Experience ordering equipment and supplies through an on-line accounting system Experience creating and maintaining accurate files and records including confidential information

Skills Preferred: One or more years working in a higher education environment Experience using computer and adaptive technologies Experience using disability practices/procedures/methods/techniques for accommodating disabled students in the classroom Experience using Student Information Systems such as PeopleSoft
