Position Description: Greets and directs visitors; receives and screens telephone calls; provides information and handles issues that may require sensitivity and the use of independent judgment; responds to requests for information; refers requests or complaints to appropriate staff and/or takes corrective action to resolve the issue; issues visitor badges; validates parking tickets. Schedule Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Pay Rate - $13.00/Hour

Skills Required: Knowledge of: - Operation of a multi-line phone system - Reception and telephone techniques - Effective customer service skills and etiquette - Principles and practices of sound business communication; correct English usage, including spelling, grammar and punctuation - Computer equipment and advanced uses of word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, database and other software.

Experience Required: Previous receptionist/customer service experience required

Education Required: High School Diploma/GED
