Seeking an Organizational Change Management Consultant to lead change management activities for Client's Procurement department during the upgrade of Oracle PeopleSoft 9.1 to PeopleSoft 9.2 to ensure the new system is successfully adopted. Procurement currently uses the following PeopleSoft 9.1 applications to support their business processes: eProcurement, Services Procurement, Supplier Contract Management, Strategic Sourcing and eSupplier Connections. The upgrade will impact internal Client customers of Procurement services as well as external Client suppliers of goods and services.

Responsibilities Include:
- Partner with Client to develop a Change Management Plan that defines the approach, required tasks and timelines for the Procurement Department to successfully transition from PeopleSoft 9.1 to 9.2.
- Create communications collateral to effectively communicate system and process changes impacting stakeholders
- Conduct facilitated outreach events to engage and prepare impacted stakeholders for the change
- Identify training needs and develop curriculum to ensure system proficiency at go-live
- Draft job aids and guidance materials
- Coordinate with the PeopleSoft 9.2 Upgrade Project Team and Finance department change management team for alignment of timelines, dependencies and risks.
Basic Requirements
Experience on IT-related organizational change management efforts
Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft
Strong oral communication and written skills to include drafting key messages and presentations, etc.
Experience developing job aids and training materials
Ability to manage and deliver outreach events and presentations
Ability to interact with individuals at all levels
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
5-9 years' experience
Desired Skills
- Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 Supplier Resources Management suite (eProcurement, Services Procurement, Supplier Contract Management, Strategic Sourcing and eSupplier Connections)
- Use PROSCI, ADKAR methodologies to drive the change

Strong communicator. Ability to work with all levels. Deliver presentations/large groups. PeopleSoft 9.1 or 9.2 experience. Organizational change management for IT implementation projects
