Customer Relationship Manager-Acts as the primary support in the Sales Department for managing customer tactical issues. Acts as primary back up for the Account Executive for customer and internal requests. Manages the Customer Focus Teams and the internal and external contract negotiation process. Develops solutions and responses to address customer problems and requests. Ensures the Voice of the Customer is central to all customer support activities.

Works with cross-divisional resources to develop solutions for an extensive range of complicated problems. Works independently under limited direction.    

Performs project leadership role to develop and implement new policies and procedures. Interacts with senior customer personnel on significant issues requiring coordination across organizational lines. Requires the ability to negotiate internally and externally and independently develop creative solutions

College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred.
Typically has 8-10 years related experience and 2+ years management experience
