Desktop Mobile Operations (DMO) is responsible for the deployment, troubleshooting and maintenance of all desktop images and software for the enterprise of approx. 14000+ physical and virtual endpoints.

We are seeking an experienced Windows Desktop & SCCM Engineer, to act in a DR/COOP Desktop Engineering role in our Desktop Operations team. The engineer will need to have 3+ years' experience in SCCM and experience in at least one of the following technologies:

• VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure – VMware)
• Office 365 / Outlook Client
• Close Support / Helpdesk experience

The Engineer will need to be able to remotely troubleshoot, administer and support SCCM in the Boulder Colorado Disaster Recovery/COOP site. The Engineer will be responsible for the successful delivery of SCCM services during a DR incident. When not performing DR SCCM support, the engineer will assist the DMO Incident Management team with Tier 3 engineering support for DMO managed products such as Office 365, the Outlook client, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).


• Responsible for smooth operation of the SCCM DR system and delivery of SCCM services to the enterprise in the event of a DR incident.
• Serve as third level support resource for SCCM software deployments; troubleshoot technical incidents of DMO managed products.
• Communicates effectively with team and clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical tools, solutions and strategies
• Responsible for documentation of processes and procedures.


• 5+ years professional experience with administering and managing SCCM including site configuration, packages, collections and deployments.
• Experience with supporting and troubleshooting Windows 7 desktops
• Customer Support experience
• Knowledge of technical project management, project implementation, infrastructure engineering
• Documentation of Engineering Solutions and Designs
