Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Relevant Experience. CSQE, CSTE, CSQA or equivalent professional testing certification in appropriate technologies a plus.
Key Skill Sets Required: Must have prior experience in UAT testing in Financial/ Mortgage domain. Able to understand business requirements, write and execute test cases manually or using automation, analyze results of tests, defects tracking and management, report status and recommendations for modifications to test plan and/or schedule. Familiar with Agile Methodology. Experience with all phases of testing - System Testing, SIT and UAT. Required tools: Hewlett Packard's ALM (Quality Center) version 11.0 testing tools, MS Visio, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SQL

The Strategic Delivery division is seeking a UAT tester to join the UAT Services team. This department is responsible for all Client UAT related activities. Responsible for planning and completing testing that impacts the Client Selling System. Team participates in requirement creation, creates project and process specifications, coordinates with project teams, performs execution of user acceptance testing, and tracks UAT execution metrics and defects. Represents the organization across the firm in support of tactical and strategic initiatives as related to change in the Selling System. Team is responsible for providing resource and cost estimates to Project Managers across the Strategic Delivery organization for all changes impacting the Client Selling System.

Responsibilities Include:
• Documentation and execution of User Acceptance Testing for business applications • Analyze business requirements elicitation and documentation • Business process modeling and data analysis including development of business process flows and procedures • Interact and communicate with business and technical personnel to solve business challenges • Manage projects independently and as a part of the team with internal and external stakeholders • Identify and develop processes and process improvements • Issue and risk identification, tracking and resolution • Meeting facilitation including agendas, meeting minute preparation and meeting presentation development • Test Environment management and Defect Management • Written and verbal stakeholder communication
