Under the supervision of the Director, Servicing Capital Markets (SCM) and SCM Transaction Managers, the Structured Transactions Manager will: i) Support all aspects of SCM Voluntary Partial Cancellation Transactions, including but not limited to: a. Coordinating portfolio evaluation of applicable exclusion criteria b. Coordination and managing legal documentation reviews c. Managing timelines and key deliverables associated with transaction execution d. Report on transactions, both inflight and closed e. Coordinate with internal and external business partners on execution of key deliverables f. Coordinate tri party calls between counterparties to effectuate loan servicing transfers. g. Coordinate and manage, under the direction of the deal's Transaction Manager, the identification of prospective due diligence issues, and manage these issues through the reconciliation or resolution process through the final determination that an issue has been resolved, the loan for which the issue has not been resolved needs to be dropped from the transaction, or the issue will be addressed as a trailing document item ii) Manage relationships with Client customers and vendors that are stakeholders in the transactions iii) Oversee multiple concurrent and complex Voluntary Partial Cancellation Transactions iv) Oversee and manage large data sets, reconciliation efforts, and meet tight delivery timelines v) Provide support to the Servicing Capital Markets group as required, projects as assigned. Preferences/Qualifications: i) Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required. ii) Significant organizational, project and program management skills. iii) A high degree of attention to detail. iv) Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. v) Demonstrated experience managing projects in a multi-task environment. vi) Exceptional interpersonal, relationship management and personal time management skills. vii) Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. viii) Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite is required, especially Microsoft Excel. ix) A high degree of comfort with interacting with senior management and external stakeholders is mandatory. Experience with dealing with senior executives and boards is preferred, but not mandatory. .
