ONLY ACCEPTING DIRECT W2 APPLICANTS NON CORP-TO-CORP AT THIS TIME Job code: IT104 Hiring manager: Bill Lyons Temp to perm: No STATEMENT OF WORK – Structured Transactions Director Under the supervision of the Senior Director, Structured Transactions of Servicing Capital Markets: i) Oversee the movement, preparation, and diligence of large pools of collateral in anticipation of non-performing and re-performing loan market transactions (whole loan sales and/or securitizations); and/or ii) Lead manage Non-Performing Loan (NPL) Sale transactions with mortgage servicers; and/or iii) Lead manage Re-performing Loan (RPL) transactions to securitization or whole loan sales; and/or iv) Manage the securitization documentation associated with an RPL transaction of single family residential properties, coordinating interests of internal and legacy servicer stakeholders v) Negotiate key terms and conditions with the objective of minimizing Client operational, credit, legal, and counterparty credit risk vi) Interact with internal stakeholders to coordinate operational aspects of transactions vii) Interact with senior management of the Single Family Portfolio Management Division, and other divisions, on transaction attributes, value and risk trade-offs viii) Manage relationships with Client customers and vendors that are stakeholders in the transactions ix) Provide support to the Servicing Capital Markets group as required Preferences: i) This position will require experience in leading, managing, and coordinating complex transactions with multiple key variables. A high priority for this posting is experience in managing such transactions, key stakeholders, and ability/desire to have responsibility for completing successful executions. ii) Legal experience at a senior level is highly preferred, but not mandatory. iii) Experience and understanding of mortgage servicing is preferred, but not mandatory. iv) A high degree of comfort with interacting with senior management of Client and external stakeholders is mandatory. Experience with dealing with senior executives and boards is highly preferred, but not mandatory.
