ONLY ACCEPTING DIRECT W2 APPLICANTS NON CORP-TO-CORP AT THIS TIME.| Relevant Experience:1 - 4 Years| Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or equivalent work experience| Key Skill Sets Required: Project Management Experience (including schedule management, resource management, change management, risk management and issue management) with strong background in Mortgage Industry, Finance, Capital Markets, and Mortgage Backed Securities.

Project Management - CW:
Manages assigned project analysis tasks for projects, typically within a single business line. Responsible for project management and business analysis. Performs business analysis activities and produces related deliverables to meet goals. Provides resolutions to an assortment of problems. Works under normal supervision. Follows established directions. Work is reviewed for accuracy of technical analysis and overall adequacy. Primarily intra-organizational with occasional inter-organizational and external customer contacts on routine matters.

Responsibilities include:
• Working on multi-disciplinary projects with a strong customer focus
• Meeting facilitation including agendas, meeting minute preparation and meeting presentation development
• Project Dependency coordination
• Supporting Issue and risk tracking and resolution
• Support monthly status and dashboard reporting
• Update documentation on Sharepoint project repository

Basic Requirements
• 1-4 years of experience in a project management and coordination role
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to learn new business concepts and skills quickly
• Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
• Self-starter / independent thinker: demonstrated ambition to take on new roles with increasing responsibility with limited guidance and direction from management Experience working on change management projects especially projects involving changes to business applications.
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Undergraduate degree
