Skilled in use of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project).Strong Analytical and Communication Skills. Familiarity with relational DBMS (Oracle, MS SQL Server), SQL, DOORS, Quality Center, ClearCase/ClearQuest, and SharePoint.

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in the Pricing and Loan Delivery areas to join our Rollout and Adoption workstream supporting a large-scale Pricing initiative. The individual will work in conjunction with the Project Manager to plan and execute the Rollout and Adoption strategy including meeting facilitation, extensive documentation, status reporting, and cross-workstream planning and coordination.

Responsibilities include:
• Ability to solve complex problems independently when developing solutions
• Ability to juggle multiple activities and tight timelines
• Working closely with management at various levels to drive the execution of Rollout and Adoption strategy
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different business partners
• Ability to edit materials for clarity, consistency, and instructional soundness
• Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately.
• Direct interaction with senior management regarding status, progress and issues.
• Assist with preparation and facilitation of internal and external presentations

Qualifications
• 5-7 years related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
• Business analysis and project management experience

Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of Client’s role in the mortgage Industry
• Knowledge of mortgage industry and processes
• Mastery of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel—including macros and formulas)
• Sound multi-tasking and organizational skills: project management, well organized, dependable, assertive, and goal oriented.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proven verbal and written communication skills
