  • Project management
  • Establishes and develops project plans detailing timelines, schedules and tasks for DSA employee events
  • Manages end-to-end logistics, production and execution for DSA employees events
  • Coordinates and monitors all aspects of the event planning including schedules, collaboration with suppliers, venue identification, menu development, printing and design of materials and budget tracking, etc.
  • Coordinates production logistics, operations and schedules
  • Facilities management, audio-visual, room layouts and design
  • Production, staging, and on-site execution
  • Menu planning and design
  • Identifies operational challenges and works with the IT, Facilities, Catering and Security, etc. to address these challenges and/or develop alternative solutions
  • Risk assessment and management (emergency planning)
  • Proactively solve any issues and/or suggest alternatives to previous arrangements as necessary on the event day
  • Leads pre-event and post-event meetings with key stakeholders
  • Create and manage project plans and or checklists for various event activities
  • Prepare all day-of-event materials
  • Collaborates with Events Senior Program Manager on developing and maintaining events program management best practices
  • Remains educated on the latest technologies and trends applicable for events Budget
  • Prepare and update event budgets and track all final event costs Communications
  • Collaborates with Events Senior Program Manager on events communications calendar, plan and best practices
  • Coordinates and communicates event save-the-date invitation and promotion
  • Collaborates cross-organizationally within the company
  • Communicates post-event analysis, recap and event learnings to key stakeholders Reporting & analysis
  • Perform post-event debriefing with key core event team contributors (Marketing, IT, Facilities, HR Communications, etc.) and report on outcomes
  • Conducts post-event surveys to capture employee event evaluations
  • Evaluate & publish post-event employee feedback & analytics tracking to stakeholders
