Our team is seeking a Customer Implementation Specialist to join the fast-paced and dynamic role of implementing Castlight's Jiff product for our customers. The Customer Implementation Associate will configure and implement a wide variety of health and wellness programs from a variety of vendors for each of Jiff's customers. Situated between customer success and Jiff's product teams, Customer Operations is responsible for turning customer decisions into live product implementations at a high-growth company.
The team: Castlight's Jiff Customer Success & Operations team leads client relationships and implementations, and takes our products to market. We work with customers from the point of sale through program scoping, product development, implementation, ongoing engagement, and additional business development opportunities. We take our on-the-ground insights to inform and improve our products, our implementations, and our company.  Our mission is to turn our customers and end users into Jiff evangelists; achieve sky-high employee engagement levels; and build a lean team that can bring our products to millions of users with little overhead.  
• Work directly with the Customer team to implement solutions based on business decisions and technical requirements
• Plan, configure, QA, and release the successful implementations of programs to Castlight's Jiff customer team
• Receive different sets of customer configurations, assess their viability, and anticipate potential risks
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues reported by project teams, customers, and/or users
• Evaluate project success and identify options for quality improvement
• Be thoughtful about process and recommend improvements for both process and product to increase automation and implementation at scale to match the growth of Castlight's Jiff platform Qualifications
• A great communicator, with excellent writing and verbal skills that will allow you to clarify needs and requirements prior to implementing a project
• Highly organized, with the ability to set priorities and deliver results on time
• Proactive problem-solver, with the interest in and the ability to project future needs and recommend best paths of action
• Passionate about the quality of your work and of the user experience
• Programming experience (JavaScript, JSON structure, Ruby/Python).
Must be able to debug, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues reported by project teams, customers, and/or users
• Experience working with Linux/Unix
• An aptitude to learn new skills and apply knowledge to solve complex problems
• Bachelor degree in Computer science preferred
• Technical background is a plus
QA Engineer level skills - ability to write JSON, rules, configure data, test scenarios.
