HR Specialist (Korean Bi-Lingual)

Job Description:
  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities of the expatriate assignment program in the US and serve as primary contact throughout the assignment and/or relocation
  • Assist with relocation, immigration, repatriation and related processes to ensure an efficient and smooth experience for expatriates
  • Provide onboarding/off-boarding, payroll, and benefits (healthcare, life and disability insurance, housing and transportation) support for expatriates
  • Assist with program analytics and reporting activities
  • Audit month-end employee data
  • Work with HR Operations to resolve system/data issues and data validation
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS system
  • Manage employee files, including but not limited to filing, organizing, transferring files
  • Complete employment verifications in a timely manner
  • Organize company social events and provide logistic support
  • Administer budget planning and process budget approvals, expense and invoice payments
  • Perform document translation when needed

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years' experience in HR preferred
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Strong sense of time management, organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to drive improvements and continuously simplify processes with compliance in mind
