Learning Program Specialist - Contractor

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage New Hire Orientation & Onboarding program from end-to-end, including program scheduling and coordination, courses, and post-program evaluation.
  • Provide a high level of support to employees by responding to questions and escalating issues as necessary for all onboarding programs.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines and other documentation.
  • Liaising with key internal and external partners (IT, Facilities, etc.) to meet and exceed all program expectations.
  • Planning and scheduling of programs locally and internationally in collaboration with field sites and HR Business Partners.
  • Track and monitor feedback from new hires, facilitators and managers.
 
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Minimum 2 years' experience coordinating multi-part learning events with various moving parts and players
  • A proven track record in program administration / events management / project coordination
  • Curious, "can do attitude”, with a strong customer focusAbility to multitask and prioritize workloads with a record of on-time service delivery
  • Strong sense of drive and initiative, excellent track record of responsiveness to the needs of internal and external partners and clients
  • Presence and ability to interface with all levels within the organization
  • Detail oriented and thorough in executing work
