The HRIS Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day administration in Workday, and responsible for ensuring data quality in Workday and validation data by using Excel, assisting the HRIS team members with data quality issues handling, supporting the team with special project related to data quality.

• Conduct data entry and data standardization.
• Work with the HRIS Administrator to audit data, pull reports and load data.
• Validating data by using Excel, reporting and troubleshooting.
• Be comfortable with data, running reports (some ad-hoc) will be a weekly task.
• Internal data quality audit activities.
• Load new hires and existing employees' documents to Workday.

The primary focus of this position is the support and maintenance of the human resource management system (Workday). This position serves as a HRIS assistance for assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, changes, report and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. This position also supports other HR administration projects as assigned.

Essential Functions
Production support and system maintenance: Assist in the review, audit, and data entry in Workday.
Liaison with other teams (Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and Payroll).

Projects/process improvement (10% of time): Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation. Use some project management skills in managing projects.

Reports/queries: Maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist standard reports for ad hoc request. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.

Responsible for the administration, liaison and coordination of human resource systems projects in meeting all professional standards for human resource systems development and implementation.

Additional Notes
As far as data, looking over all of the built-in-reports and look for blanks, checking against good data in from headcount reports, making sure people are in the right cost center, putting phone numbers in the right formant, addresses are on 1 line and apt. in 2, filling in the blanks for employees' demographic data such as Race/ethnicity, gender, education, previous employment, seniority date, etc.

The first week, the Contractor checks the Ultimate Integration reports from WD making sure there no blanks, and filling them in; this also include the existing blank fields in WD of the employees' data such as education, race/ethnicity, previous employments.

The second week, the Contractor can start to audit data from seniority date, original date between Workday and Ultipro.

After data are complete, we can also have the Contractor uploading employees' document and missing pictures in Workday.
