Client is mobile wallet for Client Phones. Client product is an easy and secure way to pay both online and in-store. It utilizing both NFC and MST technology for in-store payments. Users can store debit/credit, membership, gift cards, and online payment account information within the app, shows transaction history as well as search for deals, coupons, and promotions.
The Client team is fast paced, but small team. You'll be working closely with copywriters, UX and visual designers on a daily basis to recommend improvements to UX and submit strings for copy. It is important this person is highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Recruit and Conduct in-person and remote usability studies for Client Pay app.
  • Analyze qualitative usability studies and surveys.
  • Participate in product reviews and research planning.
  • Ensure effective communication of research findings, including synthesizing them into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Fixing bugs and communicating with engineers for implementation of copy.
  • Streamlining processes to improve efficiency of applying for string translations and with getting research findings quickly.

  • Answering Jira bugs related to string translation requests and copy improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with designer to create and conduct user studies.
  • Write up summary reports and communicate them to stakeholders.

  • BA/BS or MS degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience as a User Experience Researcher or similar role.
  • Excellent moderation and analytical ability with regard to observation of user behavior.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; can present findings concisely and effectively.
  • Familiarity with User Zoom and Usability hub for online and remote tests.
  • Familiarity with Jira/Confluence platform.
