This position can be in any location, but Tempe is preferred. Worker can be remote.
Part-time 20-25 hours per week. Not likely to convert to FTE.

Duties:
  • Research and review potential candidates
  • Phone screen qualified applicants (about 5-7 phone screens daily during peak times)
  • Enter leads into applicant tracking system
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Research, recommend and implement innovative sourcing methods and strategies
  • Research various college programs
  • Support the college recruiting program to include event set up, resume review, and job postings
  • Create new job openings in applicant tracking system as requested
  • Manage online postings to include company website and third party vendors, as well as track expenses
  • Run recruitment reports as requested
  • Assist HR Recruiters with other various administrative tasks

Skills:
  • 1-3 years previous relevant experience in administrative functions, HR or Talent Acquisition administration and data entry functions
  • Experience with high volume recruitment
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus (Symantec is on WorkDay)
  • Ability to manage mutliple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Have excellent communication and high-level of customer service for internal and external clients
  • Must be resiliant, be able to self-manage, be able to take criticism and put that feedback to good use

Education:
  • Successful candidates have developed their capabilities through a combination of classroom and work experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
